Complete Independence & Freedom

You can talk to agent-owners in the offices to determine the freedom that one actually has with The AgentOwned Realty.

There is an agent-owner, Susan Bryant, who has been with the company since 1993 — she will tell you how much she loves the total independence here.

You are allowed to charge your clients whatever commission you deem appropriate — there are no mandatory meetings — no mandatory floor time, etc .

At AgentOwned Realty, it is deemed that you are a business person and you are allowed to run your business the way you see fit, as long as you are ethical, moral and legal.
